Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 48 hours. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, impeccable condition with all tags intact. Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, we will process your full refund promptly.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within Switzerland on all orders. If the product is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically occurring within 2–3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Care
Pashmina / Cashmere: We strongly recommend dry cleaning only. If this is not an option, you can carefully hand-wash the shawl or scarf in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring it, but gently swing it in the water, rinse it, then lay it out flat for air-drying. See also our separate blog on treatment of Pashminas / Cashmere.
Silk: The Silk Jacquard Scarves and Twill Silk Foulards can be machine washed at a 20°or 30° washing cycle. Air-drying only and ironing at low temperature.
Fine Wool: The Kalamkari style fine wool/silk scarves can be machine washed at a 20° or 30° washing cycle. Air-drying only and ironing at low temperature.
